Parcel 4 boasts a fundamentally different design approach to retail planning. Justifiably an edgy solution, this piece of work has incision to the roofscape to engage daylight penetration to the deeper ends of the plan, whereas the built form corresponds to the carving out discipline of the other associated architecture around it.
